While visiting with my family today another story came up about my remarkable mothering, I thought I would share with you. Last year, at the New York State Fair, I had brought my 3 girls to see Drake Ball (from Drake & Josh). It was a free concert and there were a ton of kids with their parents. We sat through about half of the show, way in the back. But with the help of my own mother, we asked the kids if they wanted to get up to the front of the stage. Well, I convinced my kids we could do it and I proudly taught my then, 9, 6, and 5 year old's how to sneak their way up to the front of the stage. I sent my then 9 year old through the crowd saying, "Excuse me, I am trying to get to my brother up there." and I followed behind her with the other two girls in tow, saying, "Excuse me, just trying to catch up with my daughter." Let's just say we spent the second half of the show at the very front of the stage and got some amazing pictures of Drake. It was a great experience for all of us!!!
